1. Getting Started

  • Every new client starts with an introductory Meet and Greet.
  • We can then advise whether your dog is suitable for our group walks or our solo walks based on their needs. We always put the safety of the dogs and our walkers first.
  • Once complete you will be able to book our full range of services, anytime! Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 48hrs before.

2. Subscribe & Save

  • Your dogs have the option to subscribe to their favourite slots and have the same weekly walks without fail.
  • Your bookings will automatically be applied before the availability is put on our website so you are always given priority. It also means the hassle of booking your walks every week is taken away!
  • Change of plans or holidays? You can pause your walks while you’re away or for those unexpected events up to 48hrs before. Subject to T&Cs.
  • Your subscription means a reduction in your price per walk compared to our ad-hoc clients. Wahoo!!
  • Subscriptions are available for as little as 1 walk per week or as much as multiple walks a day if thats what your doggy requires!
  • Feel free to discuss subscriptions at your Meet & Greet or anytime online! We will be able to find the perfect walks for your dog!

3. Easy Payments

  • We are cashless! You don’t have to worry about transferring payments to us after each walk. We have an easy online system that takes payment at the time of booking. Hassle free.
  • Need to cancel? We have free cancellations up to 48hrs before, to give us time to fill your slot. Easy Peasy.
  • With our subscription option, payment will be taken before each walk from your chosen payment card. Like all our walks, a receipt is sent to your email.
